BUSINESS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MEETING
1. Presentation night – good numbers 68 considering a few regulars away
2. Welcoming sheets – distributed
Business from Correspondence;
Wikki Bowls – developed by Tanya Black Cohuna Neighbourhood House. Cost $99 per year subscription. Making it easy to find and enter tournaments. John would like to see how the platform works. Suggestion that it would be doubling up as tournaments are entered on Murray Mallee Facebook Website. Will get back to her.
National Pens – good supply
TREASURER’S REPORT:
Mary settling in as our new Treasurer. Treasurers report indicates a cheque balance of $8301.26

Golf Report: Malcolm gave a report that the Golf Club has given us 5000 ml water for greens.
John received notification from Golf Club re: future planning. With the aim to prioritise what is suitable for us.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Numerous positions still to be filled. Match 1 (including a Tournament Secretary), paid greens worker for Wednesday and Saturday, Weekend and Midweek Selectors and Board members. A few suggestions and people to be spoken to. Discussions ongoing.
2. Publicity – Peter Bibby. Refreshments – Craig Whittaker (Mick Carmody and Ron Eckhardt). Team App – Ron Eckhardt.
3. Tournament Schedule – Dates proposed for next season.
4. Early Numbers for Pennant. Saturday Pennant numbers to date are 36. Mid week numbers are 11. Still a few intention forms to be handed in. Will make decisions mid year. Zoom meeting to be arranged to discuss.
5. CluBarham Community Support Program – Yvonne to write and ask to be included.
6. Welfare Officer – Noelene Brown
7. Street Raffle – 3 x hampers – Profit of $688.
8. Concreting done outside BBQ area Kitchen for air conditioner. Also done under noticeboard at side of storage shed.
